1. STUDENT & ONLINE PLAN TERMS

By using this site, you confirm:

• You are the legal age of majority in your country of residence.

• You will not use any service or product for unlawful purposes.

• Any misuse, fraud, or breach of the Terms may result in immediate termination of service and/or account access.

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any content or service from this site without prior written permission.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfers; however, all other content may be transmitted unencrypted across networks.

3. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information presented on this site. Information may be updated without notice. It is your responsibility to check for updates regularly.

4. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS & PRICING

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We may discontinue, amend, or limit any service or product at any time.

4.A. PHYSICAL PRODUCT POLICY

Proof of delivery is only available for physical items sent via tracked post. We are not obligated to provide delivery proof for digital services or plans.

Customers must understand the function of a product prior to purchase. Uncertainty requires direct inquiry with our team before proceeding.

5. PRODUCTS, PLANS & ESCROW SERVICES

5.A. Claim of Life & Digital Plans

All digital files, learning plans, and the Claim of Life ID card are non-refundable and granted only under agreement with our Terms.

5.B. Escrow Policy

• Failure to cancel within 7 days after the first Escrow payment forfeits refund rights.

• Missed consecutive payments = account voided and funds forfeited.

• Breach of contract allows immediate cancellation of your plan/account with zero refund obligation.

• Deadlock clauses allow funds to be used for internal costs; clients may be invoiced accordingly.

5.C. Engagement Contracts

• £TBD fixed engagement fee + £200 per hour (minimum 1 hour billed).

• Voided contracts due to non-compliance will not be refunded.

• Contract work may only be conducted or sent on Wednesdays as per internal policy.

6. BILLING & ACCOUNT POLICY

You must provide accurate, up-to-date billing details. Dual/multiple accounts by the same user are forbidden and may result in immediate termination.

7. OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

All optional tools or plugins are used at your own discretion. We do not guarantee their functionality or security.

7.A. LEGAL & SECURITY NOTICES

7.B. Bloodborne Pathogens

If sending physical items through post, you must comply with local and international health regulations and obtain appropriate certification.

7.c. Diplomatic Security Clause

Privileges related to diplomatic immunity must be authorised by the Federal Communications Agency. Unlawful invocation of these privileges may result in prosecution.

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites linked to our site.

9. USER SUBMISSIONS

Any content you submit to us (ideas, feedback, proposals) becomes our property and may be used without obligation or compensation. You agree not to submit any unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

9.1 COMPLIANCE (ASA & CAP)

10. PERSONAL INFORMATION

All personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. ERRORS & OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, availability, or service details without prior notice.

12. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use this site for any illegal, unethical, defamatory, or harmful purposes. Any such use may result in legal action and immediate access revocation.

13. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Services are provided “as-is.” We make no guarantees regarding outcomes or the accuracy of results. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permissible under law.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and indemnify CSSCPSG, its officers, agents, and affiliates from any claim resulting from your use of the site or any breach of these Terms.

14.1–14.2 Civilian & Military Liability Waivers

Failure to disclose all relevant facts before or after using our services voids any agreement. This includes military travel orders or classified protocols. All breaches will be met with full enforcement and potential prosecution.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any part of this agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.

16. TERMINATION

We may terminate your access to our services for any breach. You are liable for any outstanding charges incurred before termination.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and CSSCPSG and supersede all previous communications or agreements.

17.1 NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA)

You agree not to share any of our materials, data, or communications with third parties without written consent on official letterhead. Violation of this clause may result in damages being sought and legal action taken.

These Terms are governed by the treaties held at:

19. UPDATES TO TERMS

You are responsible for reviewing this page regularly. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

20. REFUNDS

We operate a strict no-refund policy.

20.A. Store Credit Exceptions

In rare approved cases, store credit may be offered in place of a refund, within 14 days of service (excluding trust services). All credit is applied within 24 hours once confirmed.
