Appeals Process
We recognise that errors can occur, and in certain cases, a disqualified individual may seek review through our official Appeals Process.
To request a formal appeal, you must:
-
Submit a Written Notice of Appeal
-
Email: csscpsg.enquiries@csscpsg.uk
-
Include full name, ID (if applicable), date of disqualification, and the reason for your appeal.
-
-
Provide Evidence of Correction or Misunderstanding
-
This may include: documentation, proof of action taken, or clarification of prior missteps.
-
-
Acknowledge Your Previous Breach
-
We require a clear statement acknowledging the original reason for disqualification, even if it was accidental or misunderstood.
-
-
Wait for Review
-
Appeals are reviewed within 14 working days, and decisions are final. In some cases, conditional reinstatement may be offered under supervision.
-
Reinstatement is not a right — it is a possibility, granted only by the discretion of the Chief-Post-Master-General, Ships-Captain or an authorised panel.
Multiple breaches or hostile conduct voids eligibility for appeal.
